ZacJ
Minnehaha Creek - Hennepin (MN)
ZacJ reported catching Smallmouth Bass using the Soft Body Swimbaits (Small/Medium) technique and Keitech Fat Swing Impact 3.3" on Minnehaha Creek - Hennepin. Additional comments from this report: "I hiked Minnehaha creek with some family and obviously brought a fishing rod. Nothing big, but it was a fun day of micro multispecies. It was super basic creek fishing, anywhere there was a current break with decent depth (2-3ft) there were smallmouth and walleye. Wouldn't go out of my way to fish it, but if you're in the area anyway, bring a rod! (Any small swimbait on light line works fine) "

GDhein reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Soft Body Swimbaits (Small/Medium) technique and Keitech Fat Swing Impact 3.3" on Lake Minnetonka. Additional comments from this report: "Blind casted docks and shallow shoreline areas at transition areas between spawning areas and deep water. Look for areas with early weed growth and rocks mixed "

SenyiFishing
Mississippi River (Monticello to St. Cloud) (MN)
SenyiFishing reported catching Smallmouth Bass using the Soft Body Swimbaits (Small/Medium) technique and Keitech Fat Swing Impact 3.3" on Mississippi River (Monticello to St. Cloud). Additional comments from this report: "My go to finesse swim bait for small mouths at Monticello are the keitech 3.3 inch fat swing impact small mouth magic color rigged on a owner twistlock light 1/0 or 2/0 hook. No weight needed. I throw it on my bait finesse casting setup (phenix k2 medium light with a shimano scorpion BFS reel). You could throw it on a spinning setup as well. I usually find current seams or little breaks in the current and cast out there, let the keitech drift in the current with occasional rod twitches and reel turns to make the tail paddle. I caught well over 30 smallies today in about 3-4 hours of fishing. You could also use spray scent to help increase bites as well. "

Bass Pundit
Mille Lacs Lake (MN)
Bass Pundit reported catching Walleye using the Soft Body Swimbaits (Small/Medium) technique and Strike King Rage Swimmer on Mille Lacs Lake. Additional comments from this report: "Fished on a rock jetty on the west side of the lake in a pretty much ideal 2-6mph east wind from 10 to midnight. I got four eye’s on the Rage Swimmer and one on the Shallow Shad Rap with feathered treble. The biggest fish was 25.5” and weighed 5.75lbs. I also lost two fish on the Rage Swimmer and had at least 5 bites that didn’t hook up. It was pre-frontal with ideal winds, so no surprise they were shallow and feeding tonight."

Mike Joseph
Farm Island Lake (MN)
Mike Joseph reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Soft Body Swimbaits (Small/Medium) technique and Strike King Rage Swimmer on Farm Island Lake. Additional comments from this report: "Hit the home waters for a quick morning bite. Found some largemouth around dock, but the best bite was in the submerged weed flats in about 5-8 ft of water using swimjigs. Lots of small pike too, but the larger bass were feeding in the same areas."
