Flipping up under docks rigged wacky in the morning. Then pulled out deeper on the breaks with hard bottom and fished em drop shot. Slow twitches and wait 2-3 seconds, then drag a few feet and repeat

Shad and Bluegill are everywhere in the lake. The bass are very sluggish. Caught my fish early on the jack hammer along chunk rock banks. I got my 3rd keeper flipping a Man Bear Pig on a dock late. Finished 5th out of 27 boaters in the Illinois Bass Federation event. There were only 2 limits weighed in. The lake is fishing very tough right now
