Had a good day of walleye fishing. Caught all of my fish on jerkbaits but they weren't crushing it quite yet. Really really had to work it slow to get them to eat it. With all of the bait around you had to get them to bite which wasn't the easiest thing to do.

I have found the key to fishing Lake Bemidji is to get away from people. The areas that houses load up on are good but the fish get pushed off of those areas as more houses appear.
