9-25-2021 Worked the west side of Whalon from shore for bass with Jerkbaits and shallow cranks as the water line was significantly low with the drought. The morning started off slow but was able to get 3 nice largemouth in a few hours. The winds picked up and a storm chug bug popper brought in the first one followed by two hitting a megabass jerkbait as bass seemed to be chasing schools of shad about 20 feet out from shore.

9-12-21 Tough day on whalon, winds were whipping pretty quick and the water was churned up for a sunny day. Fished hard with a lot of techniques for hours and finally found two short but thick largemouth that hit a stunna jerk bait in the shallows. Slow day but a good day at the lake.
