Worked this small plastic using a ned rig technique… just let it sit on the bottom still for a few seconds and typically the bigger crappies would pick it up off the bottom before a few vertical jigs and reeling it back up. The smaller/eater crappies were more suspended so just depends on if you are fishing for a trophy or your freezer on how to fish this bait.
