On 11/27/21, there was 4" of consistent ice, but always take precaution and use a spud bar. On the east end straight out from the access crappies were roaming in 9-11 feet (mine were apprx 9-11" in size) and you had the benefit of setting up your tip ups in the nearby shallow drop offs with weeds for the predator action, as well.
