Slow crank the rip rap. Be methodical with it and be sure you make multiple cast to the same spot. The bends of the rip rap tend to have more fish on them, but don’t be afraid to fish it all the way to the back of the rip rap. If the crank air doesn’t work, be sure to go back and follow with a Shakey head. This is catching good fish as well.
