        Docks

In the fall the largemouth bass can be found around docks and laydowns. Bass jigs like an Outkast Juice jig in 3/8 or 1/2oz with a Strike King rage craw go through the cover well and catch a lot of bass.

        Docks

I fish this body of water on September 15, 2019 It was warm but in the morning the fish were feeding under docks and structure. The largemouth bass seemed like that the bass were in the fall transition. Once the sun came over the trees and hit the lake directly the fish seemed to go back into the shade under docks, pads, and lay downs with shade.

        Submerged Vegetation

Found some good fish around thick clumps and sharp edges of submerged vegetation throughout the lake. They seem to move in small packs of 3-5 fish; pay close attention to where you flip your bait! When it is sunny, they tend to tuck farther back into the cover but will move out onto the edges if it is overcast or if the wind is pushing into a specific point, clump, etc. nearby. All of the bigger bites came on a Texas and Tokyo rigged craw tube. A 1/2 oz. weight, high speed reel, and heavy rod allowed for quick and efficient flips.
