Swimming a chatterbait or spinnerbait along the dam outside of the weed edges always produces quality strikes. Doing the same at each point of the various islands nets some of the BIGGER bass in the lake. Wacky rigged Senkos and Texas Rig worms along the sides of the islands has yield several fish 3 pounds and up this season. The water is normally very clear, so natural colors work best, but be ready with dark or chartreuse if it rains the day before.
