Work the rocky points and humps slowly with tubes and ned rigs. Fishing was slow overall but we got a few to bite.

Minnows
Smallies were stacked up on shallow boulders. Focus on wind blown shorelines and points and look for minnows being pushed into them. Best presentations were small black hair jigs or small paddle-tail swimbaits retrieved slowly over these boulders.
