I caught this almost 9 lb. hybrid striped bass (wiper) fishing off the end of the dock by the boat ramp. I made a cast to open water, let it sink for a few seconds, and then started to reel it SLOWLY. A few seconds later…BOOM….it inhaled it!! It was an awesome fight and my first hybrid Striped Bass (wiper). Praise the Lord for the awesome catch!!
