Water temp was 80 offshore, but high 80's in the shallows. Had some junk fishing for a good part of the evening catching smaller fish on a Wacky, Rat-L-Trap, and a Jerkbait. Was able to pull one keeper on a wacky. Once the sun started to set started catching fish on every other cast with a Frittside Biggun in Bluegill. Winning bag was 6lbs, big bass was 3.69, so it wasn't the greatest tournament. The bigger one in the picture was 2.87lbs.

Super windy out, water clarity no more than 3'. Big storm systems in the surrounding area and a front moving in. Thunder and lightning close a good portion of the evening. Worst of all 95° and a ton of humidity. Had a frog on the 3rd cast just under, and continued to catch them on frogs for the remainder of the night. The one eye in the photo was 3.55. Was mostly walking the frog at the edges of pads and over the tall grass/submerged mats. Co-angler was catching a decent number on a shaky head as well. Winning weights were 8.33, 6.89, and 5.31 and big bass was a whopping 5.8lbs. We placed 2nd.
