It was a grind, we caught 1 solid largemouth early on the Little John then the bite shut off. Junk fished a bit with no luck then we hit the marina jettys with the 1.5 and caught some keepers. Ended up with 5 fish for 11.20 pounds which got the win

The lake was slow for the day after the front pushed through. Caught some Smallie’s. No crappie for me.

Skip the swamp swimmer up under the docks and let it sink to the bottom then slowly drag it back. Good quality fish and lots of them there since not a lot of cover on the lake. Also throw the Crock-o-Gator tubes with eighth oz head up in the chunk rock and slowly drag it back for some good numbers of smallmouth! Green pumpkin purple or green pumkin blue seemed to work the best.
