    It was slow but the ones that did bite were worth the wait! Jigging spoons tipped with corn, worms or mealworms seemed to call them in. The deadsticks actually never got hit. Buckshot rattle spoons also worked.

    Last ice fishing trip of the year. The trout bite was subtle but adding a drop chain to the spoons made all the difference. Tip the hook with about one third of a nightcrawler.
