Cast and let the Ned sink until you feel the tops of the weeds. Slow retrieve bouncing off of the top of the weeds.

Started with a dropshot on the deep weed edge. The wind picked up significantly and I switched to a Chatterbait Jackhammer which produced the larger fish.
