Fly fishing directly below the dam has been a little hit and miss. The typical easy early spring nymphing has more than come and gone. The higher flows and slightly green water can keep most anglers away so if you're willing to fish hard and adjust regularly you can have some great fishing before the summer hatches get into full swing.
