I had the opportunity to fish lake Sharpe for 4 days over the last weekend. With water temperatures hovering around 50° the smallmouth are just getting ready to spawn. Fish the bluffs and rocky points with ned rigs, drop shot, or a swim bait will produce plenty of fish. My favorites this weekend were the PB &J colored Zman ned rigs, and the Okishira screw head with a 4" keiteck in a shad color. We also found walleye schooled up in about 20' of water and caught plenty of them also.
