Very cold day with it being 22 degrees at take off. We bounced around fishing structure to off shore, but didnt have success till we fished the rip-rap in the discharge. Working a zoom u tail worm slowly over the rocks brought us all 5 of our bites in about 45 mins. Once the sun came out and air temps go up to high 40s we culled twice fishing brush piles with the same technique.
