Shad
Shad spawn, bluegill and some bass are still spawning. Caught a bunch around laydowns and brush. Really fun time to fish lots of fish shallow. Lost a giant that I watched chasing bait in about a foot of water.

Caught a small one on the first cast of the day with this setup. Ended up with 6 keeper sized fish overall, this being the biggest. Switched between a nose hook and Texas rig. Caught them both ways.
