The conditions were overcast and windy. I was using a 3/8 oz. Googan Squad Zinger in the bluegill color pattern, with a Googan Baits Saucy Swimmer for a trailer. I was also using a trailer hook. My retrieval was slow to medium speed. I casted my spinnerbait kind of in line with the dock/walkway, and I think the bass I caught was possibly hiding out underneath it. I was a using a Googan Squad Gold Series Reaction casting rod.

Brush Piles
Vegetation closer to the shore was brown and dead looking. Fish have moved out with cold weather to brush piles and submerged weeds that are still alive further from shore.
