Vegetation closer to the shore was brown and dead looking. Fish have moved out with cold weather to brush piles and submerged weeds that are still alive further from shore.

The weeds are still everywhere so weedless setups like Texas rigged worms have worked well. Bass seem to have moved a bit but the water is still warm and they were not far from their summer spots.

Flooded Brush
Water is low and there are a bunch brush piles that are starting to stick out of the water. Throwing past the piles and bumping the jig on the outside edges or even right through the piles was working today.
