Fished Gull Lake on Saturday 6/4 for largemouth bass. Started our day targeting shallow dollar pads where the water was the warmest and caught mainly males with no pre spawn females using a 3/8 Outkast Tackle pro swim jig., in my opinion they fish better than a chatterbait through old reeds or any vegetation with hard stems, At the end of the day after the sun was out we skipped boat docks with good depth and found some good ones, target docks with deeper water around them! Good luck

We caught lots of 2-2.5 pound bass pitching Texas rigs and jigs to edge of seedbeds in 6-12’. Cabbage seemed to hold bigger fish than the curly leaf.
