Pre-spawn walleye are roaming the sand flats on the west side of the bay. Look for warm/clear water. Side scan can help locate the pockets of schooled up fish. Cover water with long casts and slow lifting motion to raise up rippin rap creating action along with a controlled drop. Blade baits also boated some fish.
