This a clear lake that is full of huge bluegill. It was windy and we tried to get out of the wind for a while and spotted some nice bass cruising the drop off ledges. I went with the Wacky rig and nailed some nice bass. This is an odd shaped lake, almost like two different lakes. The southwest part is mostly shallow with the northern part being deeper. A very nice lake

Caught a lot of skinny northern pike casting and reeling a spinnerbait. We just trolled along the shoreline and threw up to the weeds or reeds and reeled back slowly. I used braid line to try to keep from breaking line off in any teeth. My go to lure was angler assets table rock plasma profit spinner bait. It is a combination of white and chartreuse spinner made by angler assets.
