These largemouth had just begun to move up shallow. This War Eagle with a Keitech combo work great. I used the new Shimano Mastiff fluorocarbon, and it worked great. Just slow roll it through the weeds near laydowns. The bass hit hard, and were choking the spinnerbait.

During the summer months grass consumes the entire lake and extremely shallow! I have found that slow rolling a white and chartruese spinnerbait right above he weeds can pull those fish out and get some BIG bites!
