Hover Strolling is one of the hottest trends in the bass fishing world but leads to a LOT of lost nail weights and torn plastic baits. The technique consists of a 90-degree jig hook being inserted ¼” behind the head of the worm and then inserting a nail weight directly into the front of the worm. This system creates an erratic gliding motion as the bait falls to the bottom of the lake and is deadly on all bass species. That is why we created the Hover Rig hook! It’s a jig head that recreates the hover strolling fall but doesn’t require a nail weight and locks the plastic bait in place allowing you to fish all day with a single bait! No lost nail weights and no torn plastics!
