Fishing tributaries to the Susquehanna water temps were 42-47 degrees. Crankbaits fished shallow accounted for most of the bigger fish. When the bite slowed, the swimbait slow rolled tight to the bottom, caught the rest of the fish.

Was using a 1/2 ounce dark sleeper in wagasaki color. Was throwing it through back eddies on 12lb seagar line. Daiwa elite tws reel 6:2 on a megabass swingfire rod. Would cast as far as I could and slow roll it back through the backend of the eddie. Fish were sitting there waiting for a meal.
