Fishing Barnett’s Creek recently, from around 8:30am-2:30pm. I caught about 15 fish altogether with the majority consisting mostly of large mouth bass. In addition to the bass, I did catch a few few small yellow perch and a blue gill. The prize catch of the day was a puppy drum. I threw a lot of different baits on this day, but everything I caught was on a beetle spin rigged with a split tail black & chartreuse crappie magnet on a 1/32 jig head. I have attached pictures of the biggest fish.

I was fishing Barnett’s Creek using mostly micro spinner baits. Caught around 10 yellow & white perch on a Johnson’s Beatle spin rigged with a crappie magnet. I switched to an H&H Lure Company, //16 oz. Cutie spin. I had several fish to crush this bait, especially a bass weighing a little over 2lbs!
