Caught a fish off of a bed on a jig. On little lakes like these, look for pockets in reeds and light patches in between reeds. I flipped a jig in and pulled this guy out!

Caught this on a top water frog at Mud Lake. There is a pocket of lily pads that is especially fruitful in post-spawn spring. Scum frogs work best in my experience!
