The whitefish and tulibe are realating to the deeper basins. They come in suspended and are feeding heavy. I use the tingler spoon without the hook and tie it about 18 inches above my tungsten jig. The spoon calls them in and the jig seals the deal.

Tried swimbaits, hardbaits, and more, (no live bait in the boat) and the only thing to get bit was a ned rig. Good fishing until about noon. Stayed on them, just struggled to get bites. Hot bite on Saturday. Dragging a jig and a shiner or pitching a jig and a shiner produced many walleyes. Can't wait for the rest of the year!

Found some nice bass out here. Key is finding the warmest water Temps possible. I was able to sight fish a few. That rod and reel above is the best Jig rod I've ever found so be sure to give it a try

Was a tough bite. Found a pile of walleyes on livescope up on the sand flats in 11-14 feet, but had to dangle a leech in front of their faces to get them to eat. They didn't care about any other baits falling right in front of their faces. Slip bobbers and live bait would've worked well too.
