Bomb a lipless out to any school of fish, and you'll be sure to get the biggest ones to bite. Just cast it behind the school, and lift your rod till you feel 5-8 vibrations, and then let it sink to the bottom. They either bite when on the bottom, or when you rip it out of weeds, so be ready to set the hook whenever!
