Fished Lake Easy yesterday afternoon. It was sunny, warm, 10-15 NE wind, the water temp was 77-79. I started off trying to get an offshore bite from some of the brush piles that should be holding the bigger fish now. I wasn’t successful at that so I went back to what works, pitching a burner worm into pockets in the Kissimmee grass. I have started dipping the tails to have something a little different. This lake sees pretty good pressure considering it’s size, and with the clear water, I’ll take any advantage I can get.

Fished in the afternoon and didn’t get much time before the thunderstorms came in. I did pretty well pitching to the pockets in the Kissimmee grass. I did run across two schools in open water but they were small fish.
