Fishing report for 3/27/2023. Was mostly sunny, high of about 57, breezy. Fishing from shore on a camping trip. Fish caught were from shore at Hillman Ferry Campground. Caught 5 fish in the 1 to 1.75lb range on a gravely point. Seemed to be feeding up as they were pretty fat for their size. Saw bait and fish busting the surface the evening before when it was glassy calm. Seaguar Red Label did the trick despite getting hung and frayed a couple times. Overall fished about 1.5 hous for my first Kentucky fish ever! Sweetness!
