I was there for a couple of hours the other day. We had the best luck with tossing a jig out near some mats or having a fluke slowly go over those same mats. Often they would either bite the jig on the fall as it hit the water. Or after a few seconds of it being worked along the bottom. We did not have the best of luck of getting bites when the jig would be worked closer to shore. The fluke had its best time when it was worked either towards the mats or just leaving the mats. Occasionally it could get a hit, not near mats at all but for the most part, it was best used near mats. The jig has its best time during the evening and before sunset. The fluke was good during the evening, sunset, and twilight.
