Looked for fish on humps and points that have worked previously. Only found them on one hump that had a few weeds on it. Also shallow channel had lots of largemouth with one pod of crappies in it. Caught a meal (5 ) average around 10 inches. Also 1 largemouth caught and released there. Went back to main lake hump with the few weeds that I seen crappies on caught 3 between 13 &3/4 and 14 1/8. Also lost about 13 inch Smallmouth on second jump due to whimpy hook set with ultralite St Croix. My error, not rod. Tight lines Tom

Found some submerged vegetation near some docks. I hopped the Baby D Bomb and would let it sit for a little bit. I saw my line jump and set the hook. VERY fun fight! š¤š£
