We got a limit of walleye in about 90 minutes just trolling the very irregular drop off along the east shore. We back trolling in 12 plus feet of water. We liked being a hundred yards or more off the white sand shore. Two of us were running different size and color of Flicker shads. The other guy was running a deeper lindy rig with a leech. On this day we got more on the cranks than the spinner rig. I did pick up a nice surprise 47 inch musky. So a limit of walleye and this lunker made for a great trip

Was on Cass Chain for a Bass Tournament. We did best for bass in areas with Reeds and a mix of rice and cabbage nearby. Had to move around and find areas with less active Pike to find the bass. Conditions were really tough, but the fish were definitely in the fall feeding season, pick the right day and the fish will be easier to catch and locate through the fall season in the shallow reedy areas.
