The Lew's HyperMag Casting Reel takes performance and innovation to the next level. Featuring an updated frame design from the previous generation, the distance from the spool to the line-guide has been increased to promote a smoother flow of line with every flip, pitch, and cast to boost casting performance, improve accuracy, and ensure proper line management. The familiar 95mm carbon handle of the HyperMag has been updated to include JDM-style Winn Knobs that provide a reliable grip in any weather condition and translate into improved control and cranking power when battling fish. With P2 Super Pinion double bearing supported pinion gear and an extremely lightweight (5.2 oz) one-piece magnesium frame and C45 carbon sideplates, this reel is designed for superior comfort and control. Additionally, the recessed brake adjustment dial and Speed Knot quick line attachment spool add to its low-profile design and user convenience.
