The first spoon designed not to flutter? The Jackall Counter Back Spoon was expertly designed and researched to deliver a fish-catching action that is not overly intimidating as seen in competing large offshore bass spoons. While researching bass reactions to various lures, Jackall discovered that fish overwhelmingly prefer a backslide fall over a horizontal flutter fall. As a result, the engineering team at Jackall focused on designing a large spoon that consistently backslides on the fall. As a result, the perfect balance between blade thickness and an asymmetrical body shape has been achieved through extensive prototyping and testing. Created with input from BASS Elite Pro Kyoya Fujita, the Jackall Counter Back Spoon is the only large spoon on the market that meets his exacting standards for offshore bass fishing.
