What's up everybody? I got to just landed here and this one's a fancy one. This is the new 2024 Daiwa Certate MQ. MQ stands for Monocoque body. These are one piece bodies on here, which allows for them to put an oversized main gear in there. So this gearbox is like the size it should be in a five or six thousand size reel and this reels with 3000. It gives you more durability, stability in the gears and makes it smoother. And now the 2024 Certate has an even smoother, larger main gear. It's made out of a tougher material and it is smoother than the previous generation out of the box. It does feel really, really nice. I have two of the older models, the previous generations of these in f4000 and there's some of my favorite reels that I own period.
