Takahiro Omori, the Tatula Elite Pitchin' Stick. This thing is a 7'3" extra-heavy, fast action. Extra-heavy is a pretty wild statement there. It means it's going to be really really powerful, allow you to run weights well in excess of an ounce typically, but this one's pretty unique. It's got an extra-fast action so the tip is soft enough that it allows you to do some stuff without that big weight on it. Basically just think of this thing as a way this rod is a good way to move a fish from heavy cover that's close to you into that boat quickly. So anytime you're faced with heavy heavy vegetation or brush, thick thick cover like that, you can get a fish out of it quickly and efficiently with this rod. But the tips light enough to allow it to be versatile enough to do a bunch of different baits that you could pitch. So if you're in the market for a rod to do some heavy heavy duty work but you don't like those big overpowering 7'6"s, 7'8"s, 8-footers, all those big long heavy flipping and punching sticks, check out the Takahiro Omori 7'3" extra-heavy fast pitching stick.
So this one here you can see it's harder to catch, it's easier to feel, but the tip is so soft it doesn't really pull back for only like a couple inches and then it really whacks you back, it really pulls down hard. So it's very very fast action with a lot of power. I can actually put my body into this and that's about as far as I can bend this. This thing's got extremely fast hooks that on it. So exactly what it says, pitching rod is a perfect one for close quarters combat. As soon as you feel that bite, bam you got them hooked up right that fast. (light electronic music)
