Randy Howell, 7'2" Universal Tatula Elite Rod. This one right here is a 7'2" medium-heavy, moderate action rod. So this is what he's referring to as Universal. He's saying it's a universal moving bait rod. So if you're going to throw everything from a spinnerbait to a chatterbait to a square bill to whatever. It doesn't matter. If it's winding through the water column, this is a universal moving bait rod. Got that middle of the road backbone with that medium-heavy which is probably the most versatile power in all of the bass fishing world. But it's got that moderate action for when you're moving a bait through the water column, you don't lose the fish. It allows the fish to get the bait better. So any of you out there looking to be super versatile when it comes to having moving bait rods in your boat, like this is a perfect rod for me for example. I don't usually tie up a ton of moving baits before I go out throughout the day. That's usually a second, my first plan didn't work out then I got to go look for them. This is a perfect rod for someone like me where I could do a whole bunch of different applications with it.

This is a graphite rod. It is not fiberglass so it'll be interesting to see how it compares to the glass rods and we bend it. So check out the Randy Howell 7'2" Universal medium-heavy, regular bend Daiwa Tatula Elite Rod. Interestingly enough after I made the comments so many times about none of the graphite rods or the graphite rods not giving in as much as the glass rods, this one is. So this one's actually got more of a true glass action than a lot of the moderate action graphite rods we've been bending . It's actually bending down into the next square down. So if I do a low hook set from the top it's it really is. You're using well past the bottom third of the rod to even get any meat into the end of your bait to get any hooks into the fish. So much more true glass action out of a graphite rod. So if you are a glass rod guy and you want to try a graphite rod for the same application this is definitely one to take a look at. [MUSIC]
