This model right here is a legendary model in the Tatula Elite family. This is Ish Monroe's Flippn' stick. They've been out for a long time previously. You can only get your hands on them in that AGS models. Now they've got them in the standard models. So you get the standard Fuji guides on them here, which are really, really nice. They're tangle-free guides. They do really, they hold up really well to all your coarse lines and all that and the abuse of getting pulled in and out of rod lockers. So I'm happy to see that come down to these price points here. They do have smaller handles on them now, the new Tatula Elite. So they're a little bit nicer to palm. I've been running smaller reels over time, so I like to get as small as possible. It's really nice. But if you do run a bigger reel when you're flipping, this is downsizing the whole package that you 're palming here with these new smaller reel seats on the Tatula Elite. This is a 7'6" heavy, fast action. So the power's a heavy, the action's a fast. The top third of the rod's going to bend and then it gets right into backbone here. And this has got a lot of power for being a heavy action rod because this is a rod you can throw a straight braid on. You could throw big fluorocarbon anywhere from like 17 up to 22 to 25 pound test if you wanted to in fluorocarbon. Even some of us weirdos like us guys up north can get away with some 30 pound braid to a 20 pound fluorocarbon leader. We're doing a lot of flipping with braid to a leader and these rods have been excellent for that. So no matter what your big line of choice is for flipping, you want to check out this 7'6" heavy, fast action Ish Monroe Tatula Elite. We go pretty aggressively on this one. (upbeat music)
