We caught fish in 15- 35 foot of water off the creek channel. The spots are roaming out deep. Anything with rock is a good recipe for the fall transition.

had to locate bait fish and watch for flickers or bass chasing with rattler trap. On speed worm work around rocky banks with deep water near by

Jerkbait ruled the day fished a 110+1 Jr around docks in 10-15 feet of water for spots. Largemouth were caught on the shallower docks on shad raps.

Conditions were really tough. 10 mph winds and a big 30 degree cold front had water muddy and stained. Water was around the 51-54 temperature. Was able to catch them good cranking a flat sided crank bait on rip rap and any rock we found. We found some clearer water and shallow brush too and was able to drag shakey heads, jigs and a drop shot in them and catch a few more. Water level is 7 food below full pool.

Slow day overall. Water is at or below winter levels already. Did have some luck with KVD perfect plastics and also spinner baits around boat docks. Working everything slow.
