Spring time on Kerr Scott can be action packed. Cloudy days and early morning situations are best for throwing a topwater buzz bait. Overcast and cloudy days the bite can last all day near points and laydowns. If that bite dies off try to go to a shaky head. Those two techniques have both been successful for me. Good luck on Kerr Scott have fun.
