The bite was tough being there were a lot of boats on the water the day before for multiple events. Which had some really good fish brought to the scales. The fish we beginning to clear out areas for beds, however, the winds made it tough to see what was going on from the kayak. I had better success fishing transition areas for bass that were still moving up to the shallows. Biggest bass of the day was 4.7lbs.

Morning Air Temp: 41 but high was 70 Water temps- 52-55 Winds: out of the South but whipping out of the East at times 10-15mph Fish are beginning to move up for Spawning. They are still in transition areas and most are pale from being deeper water for Winter. Water was stained from a few recent rains and the wind. Ripping the Chatterbait through the brush and as close to the brush worked best. Also caught a few on a Wacky Rigged Senko around the docks.
