Walleye were on humps. Had great luck just before dark with the dropshot. Gulp leeches worked well along with live leeches. Also had some smallmouth on the strike king half shells. I know the walleye in the photo is small but we caught a ton. Many over 20". Please keep in mind that you cannot keep walleye on the chain right now!

Classic summertime largemouth fishing with fish busting small bluegills around lily pads and other weedy cover. Fan casting the MB Fat Finesse rigged Neko style around weed edges accounted for a number of nice largemouth. Largest fish were located near the deep weed edge drop off. Pitching short to the thickest lily pads clusters and submerged weed patches proved most effective.
