Water clarity was around 2 ft. Water Temp was hovering at 50 in the shallow and 48 on main lake. Most bites were in 3 to 6 ft of water, around stumps and timber, but some were just in shallow flats. Cloudy and light rain with 7 to 12 mph wind. Jerkbait seemed to be the one bait they'd commit to. Tried spinnerbaits and lipless with limited success.

Caught 4 decent keepers for almost 9 pounds. Throwing that thunder cricket around any wood cover to catch them; the air still made it a slow day of fishing.
