My wife and I had been fishing top water all day, nothing came of it, so I set her up with a 7" senko wacky rig, literally 1st cast this tank smoked it

I typically don't run the speed worm on a wacky rig but I gave it a shot and it was worth it, got a few about this size just running wacky rigs

The hot bait I selected wasn't the exact lure I caught this tank on but it's certainly the closest popper to what I was using, I have a 5 1/4" yo Zuri 3d inshore popper, literally casted this thing 90+ yards and had this 2.8lb bass destroy the top of the water to get it, was a great fight!
