Caught 1 really nice gar pictured below. Had 8 takes, but w a 1/0 j hook the hookup rate is going to be low. Fished the LMR from the Riverside Park side. Please feel free to reach out to me if you want to know how I tie my rigs, I’d be happy to help!

Carolina rigging a Yum Dinger, fished some wood spots and landed 2 largies. Not much size but fun fights

Waded the river at the park for a variety of bass. Caught 2 spotted bass, neither very big. Casted the Carolina rig around structure and let the rig draft by the fish. Let the rig do the magic for me.

On the carp and far tonight. Carp was on corn, gar were caught drifting shiners. For some reason there isn’t a carp or gar option for this area.
