I was targeting Winter Bass, but did not find them. I did find plenty of trout. Water temp was 42F, and the trout I targeted were at varying depths between 15' and 40' and were near humps on the bottom. I did see a few schools at 30'-35' in open water. I caught all but one trout on a dropshot with a green pumpkin Hazedong shad. The other was caught on a bubble gum finesse TRD. All fish were caught deadsticking the bait,

Went out to Quail, and saw lots of schools of brand new hatched baby bass. Fish are definitly in post spawn and pretty tough to catch. Weightless Stick baits in the flooded bushes dead sticked seems to catch em.
